Strategic Cooperation Agreement of Yichun Blueberry Industrialization Development signed

On the morning of December 13, 2012, Yichun City and Zhangjiakou Haite Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the construction of blueberry industrialization project at the signing ceremony of Heilongjiang green food 2012 (Beijing) exhibition and marketing week. Wang Aiwen, Secretary of the municipal Party committee, attended the signing ceremony. Sun Haoran, deputy director of the Forestry Administration Bureau, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the municipal government and Shi Fuzhong, general manager of Zhangjiakou Haite Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.

Zhangjiakou Haite Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is a well-known enterprise with strong strength in China. The resource advantages and policy environment of developing blueberry industry in Yichun City attract the enterprise to invest and develop blueberry industry in Yichun city. The enterprise has registered "Heilongjiang Yilan Biotechnology Co., Ltd." in Yichun City, and will take it as the investment platform. It plans to invest 500 million yuan in three phases within five years Yichun will build the largest blueberry and Lonicera edulis seedling cultivation base, 40000 mu planting demonstration base and 60000 Mu wild blueberry cultivation base with an annual breeding capacity of 50 million plants. Next year, the company plans to invest 120 million yuan to build blueberry seedling cultivation bases in Hongxing and Dandong, with seedling breeding capacity of 10 million plants; to plant blueberry and indigo fruit in friendly and Red Star areas, and start the preliminary work for the construction of biological products and food processing base. As an important strategic partner for the development of blueberry and indigo fruit industries in Yichun, the municipal government will give support in terms of project land, financing guarantee, tax and fee, and strive for supporting projects, and will set up a project promotion group to help enterprises solve the problems encountered in project construction and accelerate the process of project construction.
